配合鼻饲补液抢救糖尿病非酮症高渗昏迷临床分析

目的 探讨配合鼻饲补液对糖尿病非酮症高渗昏迷的疗效。方法 对３５例确诊为糖尿病非酮症高渗昏迷的患者采用鼻饲温开水联合静脉输入０．６％盐水及胰岛素或单纯静脉被液治疗，所获数据经ｔ检验和ｘ＾２检验。结果 鼻饲组２１例中有１９例血浆有效渗透压降至３２０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ以下，对照组１４例中有７例血浆有效渗透压降至３２０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ以下（Ｐ〈０．０２５）。结论 鼻饲温开水是抢救糖尿病非酮症高渗昏迷的有效措施，能

Clinical analysis to adopting matching nasalFeeding fluid infusion to rescue diabetic nonketonic hyperosmotic coma

Objective: To study the curativeeffect of matching nasal feeding fluid infusion to Diabetic nonketonic hyperosmotic coma.Method To 41 cases of patients with confirmed diagnosis of Diabetic nonketonic hyperosmotic coma, weadopt nasal feeding warm boiled water and vein imputing 0.6% saline and insulin, or simple vein fluid infusion.Result In 21 cases of nasal feeding group, the plasma effective osmotic pressure of 19 cases falls blow 320 mmol/L and in 14 cases of contrast group,the plasma effective osmotic pressure of 7 cases falls blow 320 mmol/L(P<0 025). The conclusion:Nasal feeding warm boiled water is effective method,which can depress fatality rate significantly.
