摘    要:预处理是利用木质纤维素原料生产燃料乙醇过程中的关键步骤,其直接影响木质纤维素的水解效率和乙醇的生产成本。目前,对木质纤维素原料的预处理方法主要有物理法、化学法、物理化学法和生物法。文章对以上几种预处理方法的研究进行了简要综述,并对各种方法的优缺点进行了分析和讨论,最后对木质纤维素原料生产燃料乙醇预处理方法进行了展望。

Abstract:The pretreatment is one of the critical steps in the use of lignocellulosic materials to fuel ethanol production, which would directly influence hydrolysis efficiency of lignocellulose and ethanol production cost. Presently, the pretreatment methods of lignocellulose covered physical method, chemical method, physical & chemical method, and biological method. All the methods were introduced in the paper, the advantages and disadvantages of different pretreatment methods were discussed and analyzed in detail. The future development tendency of pretreatment methods of lignocellulosic materials for fuel ethanol production was also previewed.
