心舒滴丸中丹参水溶性成分提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的优选提取心舒滴丸中丹参水溶性成分的工艺条件。方法高效液相色谱法测定水煎煮液、醇渗漉液中丹酚酸B的含量;单因素试验法优选最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取心舒滴丸中丹参水溶性成分的工艺为:渗漉法,14倍量30%乙醇浸渍12h。结论所选取的提取工艺条件合理、可行,丹酚酸B提取率高。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction technology of water-soluble active principles of Salvia miltiorrhiza in Xinshu Dripping Pills.Methods The content of salvianolic acid B was determined in decoction liquid and percolate by HPLC,and the optimal extraction technology was defined by single factor test.Results The optimal extraction technology of water-soluble active principles of Salvia miltiorrhiza in Xinshu Dripping Pills was as follows: percolation method with 14 times volume of 30% ethanol and percolating for 12 h.Conclusion The extraction technology of salvianolic acid B with a high extraction rate is rational and feasible.
