| 摘 要： | 目的研究全牙列［牙合］垫治疗颞下颌关节痛的临床效果。方法选取颞下颌关节疼痛患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组360例,其中低龄组（小于35岁）194例,高龄组（大于或等于35岁）166例,接受全牙列［牙合］垫治疗;对照组100例,接受健康宣教。分别于治疗（或宣教）前和治疗（或宣教）后2周、2个月、3个月对2组患者进行视觉模拟尺（visual analog scale,VAS）疼痛评价。结果戴入［牙合］垫后1～2周,治疗组患者的疼痛、弹响、张口受限等关节紊乱症状均有缓解。全牙列［牙合］垫组和对照组疗效差异有统计学意义（χ2=297.11,P〈0.05）。低龄组治疗后3个月的VAS评分低于高龄组,差异有统计学意义（t=5.159,P〈0.05）。结论全牙列垫能有效缓解颞下颌关节痛患者的临床症状,低龄组患者［牙合］垫治疗的远期效果好于高龄组。
