防粘釜剂在PVC糊树脂生产中的应用

探索了在PVC糊树脂生产中使用的防粘釜剂技术,以缩短聚合辅助时间。在试验期间,对目前市场上的防粘釜剂进行筛选,并对防粘釜剂喷涂设备、喷涂条件、喷涂方法、喷涂效果以及防粘釜剂的用量等一系列问题进行了研究。结果表明,防粘釜剂的使用,不仅缩短了聚合辅助时间,而且对产品质量没有任何影响。

The application of scale preventive agents to the production of PVC paste resins

The scale preventive agents used in the production of PVC paste resins were investigated in order to shorten the accessory time of polymerization.In the experiments,currently commercial available scale preventive agents were selected and some matter,such as the spraying equipment,spraying conditions,spraying methods,spraying effects and the using amounts of scale preventive agents,were studied.The results showed that the application of scale preventive agents could not only shorten the accessory time of polymerization,but also had no influences on the quality of products.
