| 摘 要： | 针对我国民航收费管理的现状，提出了基于C／S体系结构模式的中国民 航收费管理系统。该系统以民航结算中心为基础，机场和航空公司为辅，能及时准确地进行各种航空费用的结算。对系统目标、系统功能以及网络体系结构进行了具体的讨论。同时，对民航收费管理系统的关键性技术进行了深入的研究。运行结果表明，系统设计合理，对促进我国民航收费管理系统的发展大有益处。 |

| Abstract: | The paper researches the management system of the charge based on c/s system structure in civil aviation. The system bases on the settle accounts center of civil aviation, carries on all kinds of settle accounts. This paper discusses the purposes, functions and the network structures of the system. Moreover, the paper focuses on the key technologies during the process of coming true. The results show the designs of system are reasonable, which can promote the development of the management system of the charge system structure in civil aviation. |
