摘    要:以β-苯甲基-L-天冬氨酸酯和溴乙酰溴为原料合成了(3S)-3-(苄氧羰基)-甲基]-吗啉-2,5-二酮,产物用FTIR图谱、1H-NMR图谱进行结构表征.通过考察酰化反应中体系pH值和环化反应中反应物滴加速度对反应产率的影响,确定了pH=8、滴加速度0.006 mol/h为较佳的合成条件.通过对合成工艺的改进,反应...

Abstract:In this paper,(3S)-3-(benzyloxycarbonyl)methyl]morpholine-2,5-dione was synthesized by β-benzyl-L-aspartate and bromoacetyl bromide.The structure of the final product was characterized by FTIR,1H-NMR analysis methods.Through researching the influence of pH value of the system in acylation and the reactant dropping rate in cyclization on reaction yield,the better synthesis conditions were determined that pH value is 8 and the reactant dropping rate was 0.006 mol/h.The total yield of the reaction reached over 33% by the improvement of synthesizing process.
