复合脉冲磁疗辅助治疗喘息性支气管炎疗效分析

目的：探讨复合脉冲磁疗辅助治疗喘息性支气管炎的临床疗效，为其临床治疗提供可参考依据。方法：连续收集共纳入180例住院的喘息性支气管炎小儿患者，入院后详细记录其病史及相关信息。采用随机数字法平均分为观察组与对照组各90例，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予复合脉冲磁疗辅助治疗，比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果：观察组患儿总有效率93．3％，明显高于对照组患者总有效率73．3％，两组间差异比较有统计学意义（P〉0．05）。与对照组相比，观察组患儿退热时间、咳嗽缓解时间、喘息缓解时间、肺部哆音消失时间及住院时间均明显较短，两组间差异比较有统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：对于喘息性支气管炎患者，在常规治疗的基础上给予患者复合脉冲磁疗辅助治疗可以提高患者临床治疗效果，缩短患者临床症状及住院时间，值得临床推广应用。

The Effect of Complex Pulse Magnetic Therapy in Patients with Asthmatic Bronchial Pneumonia

Objective：To study the effect of complex pulse magnetic therapy in patients with asthmatic bronchial pneumonia. Methods： Continuous collection in 180 cases of patients with asthmatic bronchopneumonia in children admitted to the hospital, after admission records the history and the related information in detail. Digital method adopted randomly divided into observation group and control group two groups, control group given conventional treatment, the observation group in the control group based on the given complex pulse magnetic therapy adjuvant treatment, compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results ： Total effective rate was 93.3%in children with ob- servation group was obviously higher than that of the control group total effective rate was 73.3%, comparing difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈 0. 05）. Compared with control group, the observation group with antifebrile time breathing, cough relief time, ease, lung then disappear time and hospital stay were significantly lower, comparing difference between the two groups have statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：For asthmatic bronchial pneumonia patients, on the basis of routine therapy for patients with complex pulse magnetic therapy adjuvant therapy can improve the clinical therapeutic effect, shorten the patient＇s clinical symptoms and length of hospital stay, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
