烧结混合料配加杂料的研究与应用

摘    要:由于钢铁生产过程中产生的钢渣、瓦斯灰、除尘灰等杂料亲水性差,配加到烧结混合料后不利于其成球,导致烧结料层透气性差,影响烧结矿产量和质量。为了降低配加杂料的不利影响,承钢借助烧结杯试验确定了合适的杂料配比并应用于工业生产,同时现场采取了一系列有效措施改善料层透气性,效果很好。

Abstract:With bad hydrophilicity, if proportioned in sintering mixture, the miscellaneous material got in iron and steel production such as : steel slag, gas ash and collelted dust would be harmful for the formation of pellet from sintering mixture, causes bad permeability in material layer, and so affects the production output and quality of sinter. To reduce the unfavorable effect, with help of sintering pot test, the appropriate proportion of miscellaneous material is settled down and put into production, as well as a series of effective measures adopted to improve permeability, and good result got.
