| 摘 要： | 本文用静态核素时相分析研究了１２例正常人，７例非冠状动脉硬化性心脏病、１４例冠心病心绞痛（ＡＰ）及１０例冠心病陈旧心肌梗塞（ＯＭＩ）患者。４３例检测对象均为老年人，其中除１０例正常人外均作了冠脉动脉造影（ＣＡ）。结果显示静态核素时相分析评估ＯＭＩ及ＡＰ的灵敏度分别为１００％和５７１％，特异性均为７３７％。作者认为：静态核素时相分析对老年ＯＭＩ的诊断价值超过对老年ＡＰ的诊断价值；静态核素时相分析是观察室壁运动的一项良好指标。

| Abstract: | The following cases were studied with staticradionuclide phase analysis in this article. They included 12nonnal objects, 7 cases with non-coroary arteriosclerosisheart disease, 14 cases with angina pectoris(AP) of heartdisease and 10 cases with Obeolete myocardial infarction(OMI) Of heart disease. All the 43 examed objects were oldpeople. All the cases were contrasted with coronary angiog raphy(CA) except for 10 normal objects. The results showthat the sensitivitys of evaluating OMI and AP with static radionuclide phase analysis are 100% and 57. 1% separately, and both the specialitys are 73. 7%. It is concluded thatthe diagnostic value of the aged OMI. exceeds the diagnosticvalue of the aged AP with static radionuclide phase analysis.Static radionuclide phase analysis is a good index in observing the movement of ventricle wall. |
