| 摘 要： | 创新创业教育是优化我国高校人才培养体系的重要举措。然而，创新创业教育如何从运动式的热潮转变为可持续的教育范式还需要更多深入的研究与实践。将教育激励方法合理地运用到创新创业教育活动中，可以从物质和精神两个方面促进教育者和被教育者凝聚共识，从而推动创新创业教育形成学校与社会内外结合、科研与创新表里统一的可持续发展体系。

| Abstract: | Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important way to optimize the personnel training system in colleges and universities in China. However, how to transform innovation and entrepreneurship education from a movement craze to a sustainable education paradigm needs more in-depth research and practice. The educational incentive methods in innovation and entrepreneurship education activities can promote the consensus of educators and the educated from both material and spiritual aspects. It also can promote the formation of innovation and entrepreneurship education into a sustainably developing education system with the support from university and society as well as scientific research and innovation. |
