摘    要:先我发现,先我发射,先我摧毁就能够占据战斗优势,为应对这些威胁,美在F-22上采用了双/多基地有源相控阵隐形火控雷达;俄在改进的MIG-31上也安装了类似的隐形火控雷达,从而可以扭转或实现先视先射先毁优势。隐形雷达(低截获雷达)符合雷达经典理论,用少量平均功率实现远距离探测在技术上是可行的。隐形雷达具有五抗能力,性价比高于有源相控阵,是雷达的发展方向,是实现跨越式发展的重大机遇。需要增强忧患意识,得到理解和支持。

Abstract:Discovery,launch and destruction before enemies will be able to occupy the advantage of one combat.In order to respond those threats,US Air Force put multi/bistatic AESA fire-control invisible radar on F-22.Russia also installs similar radar on its modified MIG-33.Invisible radar(LPI radar)agrees with the classical radar theory.It is feasible to implement the long range detection with less average power.Invisible radar which is need to be supported is the direction of radar development in the future because...
