摘    要:T7-T8钢的热轧方坯模锻制的120mm耐磨钢球经锻后余热淬火,多数钢球开裂。对断口和材料组织形貌分析后,发现热处理工艺不合理造成的淬火应力大及组织粗大是导致钢球开裂的主要原因,

Abstract:The wear resistant steel ball with 120mm in diameter was manufactured by model forging with T7-T8 hot rolled billet and quenching directly after forging,most of the balls cracked.The fracture morphologies and the microstructures were examined.The results show that the great quenching stress resulting from unreasonable heat treatment process and the rough microstructure is the main reason of steel ball fracture.
