| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨护理人文科学渗透教育对改善护生职业定向的作用,以引导培养在枝护生形成良好的、正确的职业定向.方法 将197名护理三年制大专生随机分为对照组100人和实验组97人.对照组采用传统的课堂讲授方法 进行教学,实验组增加护理人文科学(课堂、课外)的干预.结果 干预后除"护理是一门纯服务性质行业.没有发展前途"及"医疗工作和护理工作等同"2个条目外,其余8个条目实验组积极认可度显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论 护理人文科学干预可转变护生对护理专业的错误看法,促使其热爱护理专业,为今后从事护理工作奠定良好的基础.
