数控液压伺服阀组成与伺服油缸的性能分析

摘    要:首先简单介绍了数控液压伺服系统的组成,对执行元件--液压缸进行精度分析.主要讨论了伺服阀开口的精确程度、阀口距与阀杆距的一致性对数控液压缸性能影响,阀口正开口量的大小决定单腔刚度的大小;而两个阀口开口量的差别以及阀口距和阀杆距的差别决定双腔联合刚度的范围.在数控伺服液压缸精度分析中,从伺服阀的加工精度、控制各传动件之间的总间隙等方面作了阐述,要提高定位精度,就必须将各传动之间的间隙减到最小,降低活塞杆内反馈螺杆副的螺距误差和积累误差等.

Abstract:The composition of the numerical control hydraulic servo system was introduced. The precision analysis to the functional element, the hydraulic cylinder was carried on, including the processing precision of the servo valve and the control of the gap of the transmission parts. The influence of the precise degree of the mouth of the valve port and the consistence degree of the length of valve pole and valve port on the performance of numerical control hydraulic cylinder was analyzed.
