摘    要:本文以飞机疲劳裂纹自然损伤件为对象,利用简易装置基于振动红外热成像检测法对微裂纹的检测进行了初步实验,结果证明了该技术用于金属构件裂纹检测的可行性.最后结合航空维修应用需求,提出了应注意的问题.

Abstract:Fracturing of metal thrust structure in airplane are mainly induced by fatigue crack and stress corrosion crack, those cracks must be detected in advance as soon as possible for preventing air accident. Infrared imaging testing by vibrothermography has particular advantages in crack testing. In this paper vibrothermography is used to test a natural sample with fatigue crack, the results shows its validity for crack testing of metal components. In the last, combining with application of aviation maintenance, some questions are brought forward.
