| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胃肠道间质瘤(G IST)的临床特点、病理特点及治疗方法。方法:对我院2002年2月~2010年2月收治的31例G IST病人的临床和病理资料进行回顾性分析。结果:31例均进行手术治疗,病理诊断极低度侵袭危险性2例(6.5%),低度侵袭危险性4例(12.9%),中度侵袭危险性10例(32.3%),高度侵袭危险性15例(48.4%),CD117阳性26例(90.3%),CD114阳性24例(77.4%),CD117和CD114均阳性21例(67.7%)。结论:G IST好发于中老年,消化道出血、腹痛和腹部肿块表现为主要临床表现。其确诊主要依靠病理组织学检查及免疫组化染色。目前手术切除是胃肠道间质瘤的首选治疗,分子靶向治疗将成为今后治疗的重要手段和发展方向。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics,pathological features and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST).Methods:Clinical data were reviewed in 31 GIST patients undergone treatment in our hospital between Feb.2002 and Feb.2010.Results:The total 31 patients were treated surgically.Pathology revealed that risks of very low invasion in 2 cases(6.5%),low invasion in 4(12.9%),moderate invasion in 10(32.3%) and high in 15(48.4%).Positive CD117 was found in 26 cases(90.3%)and positive CD1... |
