下颌第一前磨牙根面沟的形态分析

目的:下颌第一前磨牙多为单根单管,少见变异形态尤其是三根以上极为罕见,本文对其变异牙根形态进行观察分析,为根管治疗术前检查诊断提供参考。方法:从收集的83颗下颌第一前磨牙离体牙中选出具有根面沟、根面凹陷及根尖分叉的15颗,对牙根外形进行拍摄并仔细观察分析。结果:83颗下颌第一前磨牙牙根变异15颗(18%);变异牙根均可见近中舌侧沟;根面沟主要发生在根中下段;颊舌侧根面沟罕见,可同时伴有根尖分叉;其中单根尖牙75颗(90.4%),双根尖以上6颗(7.2%)。结论:根面沟的发生使得下颌第一前磨牙牙根及根管形态变得复杂,根管治疗前应仔细检查以免遗漏根管。
