摘    要:本文对牙轮钻机ZG35Mn履带板的代用材料进行了试验研究。文章列举了新材料的化学成份、机械性能、金相组织、热处理规范及室内磨损试验的结果,用扫描电镜观察了试样磨损表面的形貌,并进行了分析讨论。提出了铬锰硅系低合金钢的最佳成份范围。

Abstract:In this paper, a trial research for replacing cast steel 35Mn track shoe of blasthole drill is made. The test results of the chemical composition of the new material, mechanical properties, microstructure, heat treatment and wearing test in laboratory are involved; the wearing surlace figure of test sample with SEM has been observed and discassed too. The paper points out the optimum chemical composition of chromium-manganese series low alloy cast steel.
