摘    要:大体积碾压混凝土坝施工质量的控制一直是关键技术问题.为满足大体积碾压混凝土坝碾压填筑施工质量管理的需要,在分析了常规现场检测法的局限性的基础上,借鉴GPS实时监控系统在堆石坝填筑施工质量控制中的成功经验,分析和设计了一套适合大体积碾压混凝土施工质量实时动态高精度监控系统,用来在施工过程中实时监控大体积碾压混凝土坝的施工质量,从而达到全面控制施工质量,进行全过程现场质量监控,满足工程高质量、高强度和快速施工的要求.

Abstract:Construction quality control is always a key technical problem of the large volume RCC dam. In order to meet the needs of quality management of the roller compaction construction of large volume RCC dam, based on analyzing on the limitations of the conventional inspection method, the real-time dynamic supervisory system for construction quality of the large volume RCC dam is designed according to the successful experi- ence of the GPS real-time supervisory system in filling construction quality control of rockfill dam, which is used to real-time monitoring construction quality of large volume RCC dam, so as to achieve the full control of construction quality and the whole process of quality control, meeting the requirements of high-quality, high strength and rapid construction.
