摘    要:广州蓄能水电厂抽水蓄能机组具有水头高、转速高、容量大、运行工况复杂、起停频繁等特点,因而决定了封堵其水泵水轮机转动部分和固定部分间隙漏水的主轴密封的高性能。广州蓄能水电厂B厂设计采用双端面机械密封型主轴密封,8号机组在试运行期间主轴密封2次烧损,最终采用了增加支撑环的改进方案。这样,改善了密封环及其支架的受力情况,改进后运行情况良好。

Abstract:The pumped-storage power units for the Guangzhou Pumped-storage Power Plant have the characteristics of high water head, high rotation speed, big capacity, complex operation conditions and frequent start-up and stop, which determines it must have high quality and performance main shaft seal for blocking the rotating parts of pump-turbine and the fissures of fixed parts. The design of the B plant of the Guangzhou Pumped-storage Power Plant adopted the main shaft seal with double-surface mechanical seal. But the main shaft seal for No.8 unit burnt twice during the trial operation so that the alternative of adding support ring was adopted in the final improvement. After such improvement, its operation effectiveness is good.
