冷轧平整机主传动设备振动问题的研究

摘    要:针对首钢京唐1 420 mm连退机组平整机主电机、传动轴和支撑辊传动过程中设备本体有强烈的脉冲式振动,以及主电机速度精度差,不符合设备的功能精度要求,对设备运行以及产品质量有较大影响的问题,对其产生原因进行了分析。将原有的十字轴式联轴器改造为球笼式联轴器,减轻其自身重量;调整支撑辊传动轴扁头套与支撑辊扁头的配合间隙并制定更换周期,提高了主电机的速度精度,有效地改善了主传动设备的振动问题。

Abstract:In view of to the strong pulse-like vibration of the main motor,drive shaft and support roll of the temper mill used in the Shougang Jingtang 1 420 mm continuous annealing unit,and the poor speed accuracy of the main motor,which does not meet the functional accuracy requirements of the equipment and have a greater impact on equipment operation and product quality,the causes were analyzed.The original cross shaft coupling was changed into a ball-cage coupling to reduce its own weight.Meanwhile,the matching gap between the support roll and drive shaft flat head sleeve was adjusted,and the replacement cycle was designed to improved the speed of the main motor accuracy.Based on these,the vibration problem of the main transmission equipment was effectively improved.
