2014-2018年肿瘤护理相关文献计量学及可视化分析

目的:应用文献计量学方法，分析近5年（2014至2018年）肿瘤护理的发展状况和研究动态，为我国从事肿瘤护理和科研人员提供指导和参考。方法:检索Web of Science数据库核心集，检索时限为2014至2018年，应用CiteSpace进行机构、核心作者、国家/地区、关键词、期刊等共被引分析，绘制相关可视化图谱分析。 结果:共检索到4 785篇文章，涉及60多个国家/地区，年均发文量为900多篇；美国发文量最多，1 375篇（36.61%），我国发文199篇（4.16%），排名第6；发文排名前5名机构均为美国高校，哈佛大学排名居首；肿瘤护理高产研究团队以Deliens、Morita 和Cohen为代表，主要在姑息护理、生存质量方向研究发文成果丰硕；提炼出5个研究热点分别为关怀、生存质量、姑息治疗、交流、介入；期刊以 CLINICAL JOURNAL OF ONCOLOGY NURSING载文量最多，但影响力和被引率以ONCOLOGY NURSING FORUM，CANCER NURSING，EUROPEAN JOURNAL OF ONCOLOGY NURSING等期刊更高。结论:进行肿瘤护理文献统计量，结合发文机构、核心作者、期刊及关键词等的统计分析，揭示近5年研究热点和趋势，为从事肿瘤护理的学者和工作人员借鉴和参考。

Bibliometrics and visual analysis of tumor nursing from 2014 to 2018

Objective:To apply bibliometric methods to analyze the research hotspots and development trends of oncology nursing during past 5 years (2014-2018),and provide guidance and reference for tumor nursing and research staff in China.Methods:To search the core set of Web of Science database.Search time limit was from 2014 to 2018.The CiteSpace was applied to organize institution,core authors,countries or regions,keywords and journals co-citation and visual mapping analysis.Results:A total of 4 785 articles were retrieved,covering 60 countries or regions,with an average annual publication of more than 900 articles.The United States had the largest number of publications,1 375 (36.61%),and China had issued 199 articles (4.16%),ranking 6th. 5-year research hotspots were extracted:care,quality of life,palliative care,communication and intervention.The top 5 organizations in the publication were all American universities,Harvard University ranked first.The research team for cancer care and high-yield was represented by Deliens,Morita and Cohen,mainly in the study of palliative care and quality of life.Five research hotspots were extracted for care,quality of life,palliative care,communication,and intervention.Clinical Journal of Oncology Nursing had the highest number of articles,but its influence and citation rate were higher in journals such as Oncology Nursing Forum,Cancer Nursing,and European Journal of Oncology Nursing.Conclusion:The bibliometric analysis of tumor care literature,combined with the analysis of the authors,core authors,journals and keywords,reveals the research hotspots and trends during past 5 years,which can be used for reference and reference by scholars and staff engaged in tumor care.
