非小细胞肺癌组织中血清和糖皮质激素调节激酶1的表达及其临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌患者组织中血清和糖皮质激素调节激酶1(serum and glucocorticoid-induced kinase 1,SGK1)的表达及其临床意义。方法:选取2012年3月至2013年5月入住本院的70例非小细胞肺癌患者,取其肿瘤组织作为实验观察组,以35例患者癌旁的正常肺部组织作为对照组。采用免疫组织化学技术分析SGK1在两种类型组织中的表达情况,分析其表达水平与患者一般资料的相关性,采用Kaplan-Meier法对不同SGK1表达水平患者进行生存分析。结果:SGK1在非小细胞肺癌组织与正常肺部组织中的表达水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SGK1在非小细胞肺癌患者肿瘤组织中表达水平与患者临床分期和有无淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),而与其他一般资料无关(P>0.05)。高表达SGK1患者预后显著差于低表达SGK1患者(P<0.05)。结论:SGK1与非小细胞肺癌预后有关,可作为非小细胞肺癌预后预测的重要指标。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the expression levels of serum-and glucocorticoid-induced kinase 1(SGK1) in non-small cell lung cancer tissues and its clinical significance.Methods:Seventy patients with NSCLC who were treated in our hospital from March 2012 to May 2013 were enrolled in the study.The expression levels of SGK1 were detected by immunohistochemistry(IHC) in 70 cases of NSCLC tissues and 35 cases of distal normal lung tissues of patients with NSCLC.The correlations between the expression levels of SGK1 and general clinical data of patients as well as between the expression levels of SGK1 and prognosis of patients with NSCLC were analyzed.Results:There were significant differences in the expression levels of SGK1 between NSCLC tissues and distal normal lung tissues(P<0.05).The expression levels of SGK1 were positively correlated to clinical staging and lymph node metastasis of NSCLC(P<0.05),however,which were not related with general clinical data of patients(P>0.05).The prognosis of patients with high-expression of SGK1 was poorer,compared with that of patients with low-expression of SGK1.Conclusion:The expression level of SGK1 is closely related with the prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer patients,which could be an important marker.
