Ge-P-S硫系玻璃的制备及结构研究

摘    要:采用熔融急冷法制备Ge—P—S体系硫系玻璃,利用DTA、XRD、IR、激光Raman、密度测试、化学稳定性测定等各种研究手段和方法,系统研究了Ge—P—S硫系玻璃的成玻性能、结构与化学稳定性,结果表明,Ge—P—S体系成玻性能较好,玻璃中存在多种多面体微结构单元。Ge—P—S硫系化学稳定性好,有利于玻璃的实际应用。

Abstract:Ge-P-S system glass was prepared by melting and sharp cooling method. The glass forming ability and structure of the glass were investigated by DTA, XRD, IR and Raman. The density and chemical stability of the glass were also examined. The results show that the glass exhibits fine glass forming ability and chemical stability. The glass was composed of two different microstructural units, which has great potential of being used in the second-order nonlinear optical apparatus.
