| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨妊娠高血压疾病不同分娩方式产后出血的原因和处理方法.方法:回顾性总结我院2006年1～7月妊娠高血压疾病共70例.结果:产后出血20例,占28.6%.剖宫产分娩产后出血发病率(36.3%)与阴道分娩组(21.6%)比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).2例DIC死亡.结论:妊高症产后出血发病率高,剖宫者高于阴道分娩者,可导致DIC及孕产妇死亡.积极预防,早期诊断、早治疗,去除病因,综合治疗是抢救成功的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the causes and management of postpartum hamorrahge in different delivery way with preeclapsia.Methods: Data of 70 cases of postpartum heamorrahge with preeclampsia from Janua.to Jnly 2006 were reviewed,retrospectively.Results: Postpartum heamorrahge occurred in 20 cases(28.6%) in total,while 36%(12/33) in cesarean group and 21.6%(12/37) in vaginal delivery group.There were two cases of DIC and maternal death.Conclusion: Pregnancy with preeclampsia had higher rate of postpartum heamorrahge,which was higher in cesarean group than that in vaginal delivery group.Two cases had DIC and finally maternal death.Early diagnosis and treatment,removing the direct factors and combination management was the key to success |
