耐温抗冲防腐蚀涂料的研制

摘    要:以环氧丙烯酸酯与呋喃胺/环氧树脂的互穿聚合物网络(IPN)为基料,制备了耐温、抗冲击性能优良的防腐蚀涂料。讨论了环氧丙烯酸酯的用量对涂料各种性能的影响。试验表明,环氧丙烯酸酯的用量为30%,采用E-51环氧树脂与呋喃胺树脂配合时,漆膜的综合性能较优。

Abstract:Based on epoxy diacrylate and fural amine/epoxy IPN as binder, an anticorrosive paint with excellent heat and impact resistance is developed. The influence of amount of the epoxy diacrylate on the various properties of the title paint is discussed. It is shown that 30% of the epoxy diacrylate in the mixture of E-51 epoxy resin and furalamine resin will give better all-round film properties of the paint.
