摘    要:针对传统RCM实时性和动态性差,难以满足现代设备完整性管理需要的问题,以往复压缩机为例提出动态RCM,把传统RCM技术与设备状态监测技术,尤其是与在线监测技术相结合,使制定的维修策略具有更强的实时性、动态性和针对性,不但可以减少非计划性停机和维修费用,而且大大提高设备的可靠性和管理水平.

Abstract:The real-time and dynamic performances of the traditional RCM are poor,which can not meet the needs of the modem equipments integrity management.This paper takes reciprocating compressor for an example,puts forward the dynamic RCM,combining the traditional RCM technology with equipments condition monitoring technology,especially the online monitoring technology.The dynamic RCM maintenance strategies have better real-time and dynamic performances and pertinence,not only reducing unscheduled downtime and maintenance costs,but also improving the reliability and management level of the equipments.
