| 摘 要： | 本文通过对哈尔滨健身中心现状的调查，进一步了解各健身中心的环境、器械、设备、收费价格、教学条件及管理情况以及参加健身活动的人群的自然情况，从而，提出了如何促进健身市场良好发展，动员更多的人加入健身运动中的一些建议。

| Abstract: | Through the survey of Harbin gymnasiums, we learned much more about the surroundings, facilities, equipment, prices, educational conditions, management, and so on. We also learned about the opinion of people who like to visit gymnasiums, and offered some advice, for example, how to develop the market and how to encourage more people to visit it. |
