发电机绝缘故障模糊诊断专家系统的设计

摘    要:一台大型发电机是一个复杂系统,由于其绝缘故障与征兆之间的关系模糊复杂,因此很难用精确的方法来诊断。为此,在SJY—1射频监测仪支持下,提出用模糊推理的方法来诊断发电机的绝缘故障。然后,给出了用于模糊诊断的模糊量词修饰词的量化表、征兆隶属度的初始假设公式和推理确信度的计算公式,并设计了一个切实可行的基于模糊产生式规则推理的故障诊断系统。实践表明,用射频监测技术和模糊诊断技术对发电机绝缘状态进行监测和诊断是有效的。

Abstract:Owing to the fuzzy and complicated relationship between the insulation faults and the corresponding symptoms of a large generator, it is a tough job to diagnose its insulation faults with an accurate method. For this reason, a fuzzy inference method for the fault diagnosis of generator's insulation is proposed supported by an SJY-1 RF (radio frequency) monitor. The quantification table for the modifiers of fuzzy quantifiers is given. Also, the membership function of symptoms for the initial supposition and the calculating formula of inference certainty are given. Furthermore, a feasible fault diagnosing expert system based on fuzzy rules is developed. The effectiveness of insulation monitoring and diagnosis for generators with the techniques of RF and fuzzy diagnosis has been proved in practice.
