DFB光纤激光器中相移光栅优化分析

摘    要:相移光栅在光通信领域具有较高的应用价值,文中用传输矩阵法,详细分析了相移光栅中相移量,折射率调制深度,相移位置及光栅长度对相移光栅的影响,并结合相移光栅在DFB光纤激光器中的应用进行了分析。分析表明,实际制作DFB光纤激光器时,应根据实际应用场合,对相移光栅的相关参数进行设计,从而提高光纤激光器性能。

Abstract:The phase-shift grating is regarded as a critical component in optical communication.Some factors affecting the phase-shift grating,considering the applications of the phase-shift grating in DFB fiber laser,have been discussed and analyzed by using the transfer matrix method,which includes the phase-shift magnitude,amplitude of the refractive index modulation,the phase-shift position and the phase-shift grating length.The analysis shows these factors need to be considered comprehensively in the designing fo...
