| 摘 要： | 急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)是当今工业化发达国家以及我国心血管疾病的主要死因之一。血小板在ACS的发生、发展过程中起着关键作用,所以在冠心病的二级预防以及ACS患者的治疗中,抗血小板治疗具有极其重要的地位。近年来,临床常用的抗血小板药物主要为环氧化酶抑制剂、ADP受体抑制剂和血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa受体拮抗剂。各类药物单独或联合应用时ACS患者的预后有所区别,选择最佳的药物组合以及新药的研究都将不断改善ACS的治疗现状。
