摘    要:针对单一传感器测量精度低、可靠性差和不能判断测量点间情况等局限性,提出了一种基于Kalman滤波和相关分析的分段多传感器测量方法,并开发了具有无线数据发送功能的动载轨道特性测量开发板。硬件设计主要采用基于Cortex-M3内核的STM32F103RB芯片作为核心微处理器,将采集的参数在微处理器中预处理后,利用nRF24E1无线传输模块,将预处理的结果和原始数据无线发送到地面上位机。软件设计主要是基于移植到STM32F103RB芯片上μC/OS-II实时操作系统开发的,设计了数据采集、数据处理和无线收发等软件。最后,通过载重小车在简支梁上匀速行驶的实验,验证动态载荷轨道测量开发板的可靠性和测得参数的精度。

Abstract:A new method of multi-sensor measurement in sections based on kalman iflter and correlation analysis is proposed, aiming at the problems of poor measurement precision, poor reliability, and has manufactured a dynamic load measure board which can send wireless data. The main hardware design is using sTM32F103RB chip which is based on the cortex-M3 core as the core microprocessor which collect and pre-process parameters, and then use the wireless transmission module nRF24e1 to send pre-processed and original data to the Pc. software design is mainly the naturalization of theμC/OS-II real-time operating system on STM32F103RB, which contains data collection and process, wireless transceiver module. Finally, verify the reliability and accuracy of this system by testing a loaded car running regularitily on a simply supported beam.
