摘    要:电主轴电机的功率损耗发热和高速滚动轴承的摩擦发热所产生的热变形严重影响了机床的加工精度,改善电主轴的温升和发热状况是当前电主轴研究的一大内容.就相关问题有针对性地提出了几种具体的处理措施.

Abstract:The heat generated by the power loss in motor and the friction in rolling bearings makes the spindle of the machine tool thermal deformation,which greatly decreases the accuracy of high-speed machine tool.So it is one of the main contents to research the thermal properties of high speed motorized spindle.This paper introduces some measures to improve the thermal properties of motorized spindle.
