摘    要:以ZnO粉料为主体,添加多种金属氧化物粉料,通过混料,高温热处理,研磨过筛,测试伏安特性,探索半导化程度和添加物对电阻率的影响,得到一种ZnO半导电粉料,可用于大电机线棒防晕半导漆的填料。

Study on ZnO Semi-conductive Powder
Abstract:A ZnO based semi conductive compound can be got by mixturing ZnO powder with many metal oxide additives, and then sintering at high temperature, grinding and screening. The effect of semi conductive degree for the ZnO semi conductive compound and additives on resistivity have been studied by V I properties measurement The experimental results show that the ZnO semi conductive compound can be used as additives for corona-proof semi conductive coating for conducting bar of large motor
