| Abstract: | According to the work carried out by the practice of scientific and technological cooperation and exchanges these ten years between.Heihe branch of Heilongjiang academy of agricultural sciences and Russian All-Russian soybeans institute,favorable conditions and advantages of the cooperation of China and Russia＇s research institutions were elaborated.Then summed up the two sides＇ results what they obtained in the field of scientific cooperation in agriculture. |
