摘    要:利用熔喷非织造成网系统,制备了滤材用高熔融指数的聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)熔喷非织造布,分析了空气压力、接收距离、泵供量等成网工艺参数对产品性能的影响。结果表明:工艺参数对纤网中PBT纤维的形态和结构,对PBT熔喷非织造布的纤维直径、面密度、断裂强力以及孔隙直径都产生了很大的影响。

Abstract:The high melt flow index polybutylene terephthalate(PBT) melt-blown nonwovens for filters were produced.The effects of process parameters,including air pressure,die-collector distance,pump feed and so on,on the properties of the products were discussed.The results showed that the process parameters had a great influence accordingly on the shape and structure of the PBT fiber and fiber diameter,surface density,break force and pore size of PBT melt-blown nonwovens.
