桡神经干微血管构筑的研究

摘    要:用墨汁灌注连续切片法,研究成人桡神经干的微血管构筑。桡神经的不同部位血管层次及动、静脉内径均有不同程度的变化,但都存在外膜和束内血管层。各层血管内径在神经的不同部位有一定的变化,同外来营养神经的血管外径有密切关系。束内血管层中,臂部血管面积比值比前臂部小,差异显著。在桡神经纵切片中,外膜血管网眼密度较高,束内血管网眼密度最低。

Abstract:One case of cadaver injected with ink, all radial nerve was taken and aseries of nerve slides was prepared for light microscopy. Charateristics of thevascular layers varied in relation to the outer diameter of the nutritiveartery. In the intra-bundle vascular layer, the ratio of the vascular areawas larger in the forearm, than that in the arm. The slides of the radialnerve showed that the density of the vascular network was higher in outervascular layers and less in intra-bundle vascular layers.
