凝汽器循环水系统节能节水优化改造

摘    要:华能威海发电有限责任公司125 MW 1号机组循环水系统存在循环水泵出力设计裕量偏大、效率偏低、凝汽器水室聚集空气、循环水泵淡水润滑消耗水量较大浪费水资源等问题,影响了机组运行经济性.通过对循环水系统进行优化技术改造后,机组夏季可无煤增功率约500 kW,循环水泵冬季节约厂用电量约22.5万kw·h,年节约淡水约10万t,综合效益约120万元/年.

Abstract:The problems existing in circulating water system of condenser for unit no. 1 in Huaneng Weihai Power Plant, such as the large allowance of output capacity for the circulating water pump, lower efficiency of the said pump, the air accumulation in water chamber of the condenser, as well as greater consumption of fresh water used for lubricating the water pump, etc. ,affect economic efficiency of the unit in operation. After optimized technical retrofit carried out for the circulating water system, the unit can additionally generate electric power about 500 kW in summer,can save service power for circulating water pump about 150 kW in winter,the daily average-water saving being 400 t.
