| 摘 要： | CAD与CAM系统在机械制造业中已经得到广泛地应用CAD与CAM系统的集成是实现CIM的基础,而CAPP是实现集成的一项关健技术。本文介绍齿轮轴设计CAD系统——CADPP和CAPP专家系统——EXCAPP以及它们的集成,并给出一个齿轮轴零件的设计、信息传递和工艺过程设计的运行实例。

| Abstract: | CAD and CAM systems have been put into practice in the field of mechanical engineering.The integration of CAD and CAM systems is now recognized as fundamental problem to realizeCIM.The CAPP system is one of the key technologies used to integrate CAD and CAM systems.Thispaper deals with the integration of a gear-shaft designing system named CADPP and EXCAPP,acomputer aided process planning expert system for rotational parts.A typical example is given toverify the validity of the integrated CA DPP and EXCAPP systems developed here,transfer informa-tion and design process. |
