| 摘 要： | 本文以有关知识产权的国际公约为主要依据,对驰名商标的国际保护规范进行全面系统的论述。作者认为,我国应当进一步加强对驰名商标保护的立法力度,对驰名商标进行全方位的保护,并按有关国际公约进一步扩大我国对驰名商标的保护范围。
