我国木质林产品进口对林业产业影响的实证分析

根据我国1994—2010年度统计数据,对我国木质林产品进口对林业经济的影响进行实证分析,不但从总量上来对二者之间的关系进行分析,还将木质林产品分为资源密集型产品、劳动密集型产品、资本技术密集型产品,明确它们对林业产业的影响程度以及各自与林业产业的关系。研究结果表明:资源密集型产品和资本技术密集型产品的进口对林业产业的发展有推动作用,而劳动密集型产品却会阻碍林业产业的发展。最后,笔者根据我国木质林产品的进口现状,提出了促进林业产业发展的可行性建议。

Empirical Analysis on Influence of Chinese Wooden Forest Products Imports on Forestry Industry

Based on China’s 1994-2010 annual statistical data,this article conducted an empirical analysis of the impacts on forestry industry of the wooden forestry products.It not only conducted in a global eye,but also divided the wooden forestry products into resource-intensive products,labor-intensive products and technology-intensive products,and clarified their influence on forestry industry as well as the causality relation among them.The results showed that the imports of the resource-intensive products and technology-intensive products played an important role in the development of forestry industry.However,the imports of labor-intensive products hindered the development of forestry industry.In the end,based on the present situation of the imports of the wooden forestry products in our country,this article proposed some feasible suggestions to promote the development of forestry industry.
