DR能量减影在胸部外伤的应用

目的总结数字放射摄影(出gital radiography,DR)能量减影在胸部外伤的检查技术和诊断价值.方法 116例胸部外伤患者进行了DR能量减影胸部后前位X线摄影检查,分别获得标准图像、软组织图像、骨组织图像;由一名主治医师和一名主任医师分别阅片,对影像质量进行评价,并形成一致诊断意见.结果本组116例患者共摄取能量减影胸片348幅,均能满足临床诊断;以能量减影胸片作出的诊断为标准,胸片表现正常者87例,肋骨骨折29例,肋骨骨折合并肺部损伤实变4例;与标准胸片比较,能量减影在4例患者发现了更多肋骨骨折,1例患者发现了肺部损伤实变.结论 DR能量减影胸片可清晰显示肋骨骨折和肺部损伤,对胸部外伤有重要诊断价值.

Clinical application of DR energy subtraction in chest trauma

Objective To review the examination technique and diagnostic value of digital radiography (DR) energy subtraction in the chest trauma. Methods A total of 116 cases of chest trauma were examined with DR energy subtraction and three anlerio-posterior (PA) chest films of standard image, soft tissue image and bone image were obtained in each case. Results All the chest films met the needs of clinical diagnosis. Normal chest film was diagnosed in 87 cases, simple rib fracture in 29 cases, and rib fracture combined with lung injury consolidation in 4 cases. Compared with the standard chest film, energy subtraction chest film additionally revealed rib fracture in 4 cases and lung injury in 1 case. Conclusion DR energy subtraction chest film which can show rib fracture and lung injury clearly is of important diagnostic value for the patients with chest trauma.
