安徽省102家公立医院呼吸内镜资源配置及开展情况调查分析

目的了解安徽省102家公立医院呼吸内镜资源配置及开展情况,以便为呼吸内镜质量管理、普及和发展提供依据。方法采用"安徽省呼吸内镜开展现状调查表",对全省102家公立医院进行问卷调查,收集数据进行分析。结果调查三级甲等医院有34家,其中32家有专门的呼吸内镜诊疗场所;非三甲医院有68家,其中66家有呼吸内镜诊疗场所。被调查的102家医院共有各类电子支气管镜主机125台,拥有镜子数量178条,但呼吸内镜有单独洗消室的仅有12家。有60家医院能操作呼吸内镜的医生数量多于三名。三级甲等医院开展呼吸内镜诊疗年限均大于5年,非三甲医院中仅39家。开展最多的镜下治疗是内镜下异物取出和镜下注药。被调查医院中经常参与培训的仅有41家,能同时开展结核病诊断和治疗的仅31家。结论应加强呼吸内镜硬件设施的配置,加快呼吸内镜专业技术人员的培训,提高和规范呼吸内镜整体操作技术,促进相关诊疗工作的健康发展。

Investigation and Analysis on the Resource Allocation and Development of Respiratory Endoscopy in 102 Public Hospitals in Anhui Province

Objective To understand the resource allocation and development of respiratory endoscopy in 102 public hospitals in Anhui province,so as to provide a basis for the quality management,popularization and development of respiratory endoscopy.Methods By the questionnaire on the current application of respiratory endoscopy in Anhui Province,the survey was conducted in 102 public hospitals in Anhui province to collect data for analysis.Results Of the 343 A grade hospitals,32 had specialized respiratory endoscopy facilities.Of 68 non-3 A grade hospitals,66 had respiratory endoscopy facilities.There were 125 electronic bronchoscope hosts in 102 hospitals,with a total of 178 mirrors,but only 12 hospitals has separate decontamination rooms for respiratory endoscopes.There were 60 hospitals with more than 3 doctors who can operate respiratory endoscopys.All 343 A grade hospitals had applied respiratory endoscopy more than 5 years,and only 39 of non-3 A grade hospitals had the duration of respiratory endoscopy treatment more than 5 years.Endoscopic foreign body removal and endoscopic drug injection were the most common endoscopic treatment.Of 102 hospitals,only 41 hospitals regularly participated in the training,and only 31 hospitals could conduct the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the allocation of respiratory endoscopy facilities and the training of professional technicians of respiratory endoscopy,improve and standardize the overall operation technology of respiratory endoscopy,and promote the healthy development of related diagnosis and treatment.
