摘 要: | 节能减排是世界性的热点和任务。近年来,由于全球温度普遍升高,人口增长,供应安全等方面问题的出现,能效受到了越来越广泛的关注。预计到2030年,减少的CO2排放量中,45%可以通过能效措施来实现,其中10%来自工业领域,18%来自楼宇领域,17%来自交通运输领域。通过减少温室气体排放来控制全球变暖是1997年京都地球峰会上设定的全球目标,以节能增效来达到改善气候变化的目标,促进经济增长已经成为全世界的共识;提高主要耗能设备的效率以及多种介质能源的利用率是我国节能减排工作的重中之重,围绕传统产业提升工业自动化能效标准,指导能效监测、分析以提高工业能效迫在眉捷!也是实现能效系统、能效测量和能效问题解决方案的必要方法。自动化新一代网络和通信技术的控制系统,包括分散控制系统(DCS)及可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)必将发挥着重要的作用。
