| 摘 要： | 文章论述电子商务专业的分阶段人才培养模式,提出基于"三创"(即创意、创新、创业)的电子商务人才培养新模式。该模式通过设计不同阶段的培养任务,帮助学生完成知识积累和应用的过程,再结合学科竞赛和学生科研将成果转化,从而达到学以致用的目的。

| Abstract: | This paper describes a phased E-commerce professional personnel training mode,and proposes a new mode of creative talent training of E-commerce based on creative,innovative and entrepreneurship.By the training mission design in different stages,students can complete the process from knowledge accumulation to application.After the training system used,the students of E-commerce achieved fruitful results,and many excellent projects to be implemented,and effectiveness is very significant. |
