摘    要:闸门冬季结冰后运行一直是水利工程金属结构设计的难点。由于某工程位于严寒地区,冬季极其寒冷。为保证弧形工作闸门冬季可靠运行,解决止水橡皮冰冻问题,结合实际情况,进行了闸门埋件加热融冰设计,与常规的电缆加热不同,创新的采用油加热系统解决了露顶式弧门冬季运行中的难题。

Abstract:The gate running in winter is all along a difficulty in hydraulic steel structure design.Because a project is located in the cold region where is extremely cold in winter,to ensure that the arc gate could reliably operate in winter and prevent the sealing rubber of the gate from freezing,the heating system design of the arc gate's embedded parts is made combined with the actual situation.Differing from the conventional cable heating,the difficult problems of arc gate running in winter could be solved by using the innovatory oil heating system.
