| 摘 要： | 农村饮水安全工程管网投资占的比例最大，控制工程投资需要确定合理供水规模。结合甘肃省农村饮水安全项目实施情况，分析了劳动工日在项目投资中所占比例，提出了资金筹措建议，主体工程资金以各级财政为主，农民投工投劳主要用于提高入户率，并总结出适合农村特点的五种饮水安全工程管理模式。

| Abstract: | Pipe networks of drinking water safety project usually occupies the largest percentage of investment, thus the scale of water source project investment should be properly defined. According to the implementation of drinking water safety project in Gansu Province, the percentage of labor/day in the total investment is calculated. Suggestions for fund-raising is given, i.e. water sources works are financed through local government budget and increase of entering household rate are mainly from farmers＂ labor contribution. Five models that are adaptable to local conditions are summarized. |
