| 摘 要： | 以怀化市为研究对象,在充分调查城乡建设用地现状的基础上,分析城乡建设用地空间布局的特征及存在问题,在遵循统筹城乡发展、节约集约用地、和谐发展等原则基础上,提出了怀化市城乡建设用地空间合理布局的目标、具体模式和措施建议.
