芦苇黄酮提取液体外抗氧化特性研究

摘    要:对水提芦苇叶总黄酮和醇提芦苇叶总黄酮的抗氧化性进行了研究,并与vC进行了比较,为芦苇叶的应用提供理论依据.结果表明:两种方法提取的总黄酮对O2-·、·OH、DPPH·及ABTS-均有很好的清除作用,对几种自由基的抑制能力由大到小依次为ABTS-自由基>DPPH·>O2-·>·()H.其中,水提和醇提黄酮液清除O2-·的能力相当,同种条件下略低于vC;两种提取液对DPPH·自由基清除率相当,在浓度小于0.12 mg/mL时低于vC,高于此浓度时大于vC;水提比醇提黄酮液对·OH清除能力强,在浓度小于0.3mg/mL时,两种提取液的清除率低于vC,高于此浓度时水提黄酮液的清除率大于vC;醇提比水提黄酮液对ABTS+的清除力较强,在同样条件下两种提取液的清除率均高于vC.

Abstract:The antioxidant properties of P.communis Trin flavonoids extracted by water and ethanol from dry leaves were studied and compared with vC to get theory basis for utilizing P.communis Trin leaf.The results showed that the flavonoids from water and ethanol extractives both had obviously scavenging activity to O2-·, ·OH,DPPH· and ABTS+ in decline order of ABTS+ > DPPH· > O2-· >·OH.For scavenging activitives to O2-·, the water and ethanol extractives were approximately equal and both of them were lower than vC on the same conditions.For scavenging activitives to DPPH·, the water and ethanol extractives were approximately equal when the concent ration lower than 0.12 mg/mL and both of them were lower than vC on the same conditions.But when the concent ration up to 0.12 mg/mL, the water extractives had a better scavenging effectiveness than vC; For scavenging activity to ·OH, the water extracts were higher than the ethanol extracts, both of them had lower scavenging effectiveness than vC when the concent ration lower than 0.3 mg/mL.But when the concent ration up to 0.3 mg/mL, the water extracts had higher scavenging effectiveness than vC; For scavenging activitives to ABTS+,ethanol extracts were better than water extracts.But both of them had higher scavenging activitives than vC at same conditions.
